The Former Minister and MLA Inderwal G M Saroori have expressed sorrow and
grief over the sad demise of Muneer Hussain, KAS Officer, who passed away on
June 29, 2012.
In a condolence message, Mr. Saroori has said, that Government has lost a dedicated officer. While expressing his sympathies with the father of the Late Officer, Mr. Akbar Din and his family, he prayed for the external peace to the departed soul.

Death toll in the car crash during the Mughal Road rally Ashis
Mahajan and Jitander Shukla. Mahajan had suffered grievous internal
injuries in the crash at Sinthan in Anantnag district and passed away this
morning. Jitender Shukla, the driver of the vehicle, was killed on the spot on
the last leg of the Mughal Road rally when their vehicle rolled into a deep
gorge at Sinthan.
Expressing his condolences with the bereaved family,
Saroori said that this indeed was an irreparable loss in the sporting history
of Jammu and Kashmir State.
He prayed for peace to the departed soul and courage for
bereaved family to bear this loss of young boy who wanted to prove his mettle
in adventure sports, Jammu and Kashmir state being mountainous region and
having ample of adventure tourism related spots had always been attracting
youth but never in the history such an untoward incident had ever happened, he
added.
Saroori hoped that in future the participants would be asked
to spend some time in practice and knowing technical debriefs before jumping in
to fray to their safety.
