Saroori distributed Rs 8.90 Lack among beneficiaries, visited Sarthal, Bhagra, Angara and Ghan.



Jammu: - Former Minister and MLA Inderwal G M Saroori conduct extensive tour of Sarthal, Bhagra, Angara, Ghan and other area of Inderwal Constituency and distributed cheques amounting Rs 7.40 Lack among the beneficiaries of Indira Awaas Yojana (IAY) and Rs 1.50 Lack among the beneficiaries of IHL. Saroori also inspected Hasti- Sarthal road project under CRF and directed the officers to complete the said road project within the stipulated time. He also review the shortage of teaching staff in various schools of Inderwal Constituency and directed CEO to detach all the said staff forthwith for smooth functioning of these school and also inspected MGNREGA work.

While addressing a public meeting at Sarthal he lauded the role of coalition government under the dynamic leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for giving fillip to the developmental activities of the state in various sector. He said that special instruction has been passed by Hon’ble Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to all the concerned authorities regarding the development of far flung and hilly areas of the state so that the problem pertaining to these areas are addressed in a shortest possible time.

Mr Saroori said several measures welfare schemes have already be put in place for economic upliftment of people living in these far flung areas. On the occasion he assured the people of Sarthal that the Primary Health Center (PHC) will be set up shortly for which proposal had already been submitted to the concerned authorities. En Route Sarthal, Bhagra, Angara and Ghan various deputation met Mr Saroori and where giving patient hearing and assured the deputations that there genuine grievances will be addressed on top priority.

District Officers, Engineers, Sarpanches including Mohd Shafi Saroori, Ch Kareem, Mohd Aslam Saroori, Subash Chander, Ch Issaq, Akhtar Hussain Tatani, Ved Raj also accompanied MLA during the said tour.
