Mr. Saroori stayed with the bereaved family and expressed his sympathy and solidarity with him. He prayed to the Almighty Allah for eternal peace to the departed soul beside a place for them in heaven.
MLA Inderwal G. M Saroori has also greeted people of the state on the eve of Navratra. In his message of felicitation, Saroori highlighted the State's rich tradition of celebrating the holy occasions and observed that the Navratras have a special significance for the devotees, who visit the Holy Caves in large numbers during this auspicious period and hoping that this auspicious occasion would be the harbinger of harmony, brotherhood, amity, sustained peace, progress and prosperity in the State.
Mr. Saroori also extended warm greetings to Kashmiri pandits who celebrate the day of First Navratra as Navreh -- the beginning of the New Year and onset of spring.
Meanwhile Saroori has expressed profound sorrow & grief on the sudden demises of Lal Chand resident of Passerkote Chatroo an employee of NHPC and brother in law of Congress leader Pershant Bhandari and Chowdhary Qasim who was the ward member of Panchayat Inderwal B in district Kishtwar. Saroori prayed for the eternal peace of the departed souls and grant of strength & fortitude to the bereaved families to bear this irreparable loss.
