Thathri, December 02: - Member of Legislative Assembly
from Inderwal, Ghulam Mohammad Saroori today expressed grief over the death of
Imam Jamia Masjid Thathri, Bashir Ahmed Zargar.
Bashir Ahmed Zargar died in Thathri today.
In his condolence message, the MLA Inderwal described Imam Bashir as a great Islamic scholar, who was an embodiment of spirituality.
“His passing away has left a big void which will be difficult to fill,” the MLA Inderwal said.
Ghulam Mohammad Saroori expressed heartfelt sympathy with the bereaved family and prayed for place in ‘jannah’ for the departed soul.
Mohd Iqbal Teli, Asgar Hussain Khangi, Sarfraz Khan, Mohd Iqbal Keen, Abid Hussain, Mansoor Ahmed, Ghulam Mohd Masoodi, Mushtaq Ahmed, Asgar Khangi, Mohd Hafeez, Nek Alam, Abid Hussain, Khalid Hussain Sheikh, Rashid Mughal, Majeed Rahi, Mohd Rafique, Abdul Rashid, Ramesh Kumar, Chaman Lal, Noor Mohd, Waseem Ul Haq, Chowdhary Qasam, all rank and of file of Congress party have also condoled Imam Bashir’s death.
Bashir Ahmed Zargar died in Thathri today.
