Urged centre Government to fulfill the cherish demand of J&K resident in restoration of statehood
JAMMU, APRIL 04: Former Minister J&K and Vice President J&K Congress, G. M Saroori, today welcomed the amendment introduced in reorganization act 2019 to reserve all jobs for the domiciles of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K).
Saroori said after a backlash from everyone irrespective of caste, colour, creed, region and religion that forced the BJP Government to amend the order within 24 hours. He said as it would pave a way for employment generation avenues for the deserving and educated youth of the resident of J&K only, otherwise thousand of talented and deserving educated youths would get opportunity in getting IV class jobs only as per the earlier order issued by Ministry of Home affairs.
He congratulates the people of Jammu and Kashmir for remaining united and forcing the centre to amend the order for the better future of JK. He further asked the people to be vigilant against elements trying to divide the society.
The Former Minister J&K urged the centre Government to fulfill the cherish demand of J&K resident in restoration of statehood status and demanded Constitutional guarantees in land for the people of the erstwhile state.
