The people turn outrageous and angry after they find that the administration has reverse the list and fix the list in the ration of 60:40 % ratio as a result of which many poor and deserving people were left out of the BPL list.

The angry people said that after the assurance from Minister for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department during his visit to Chatroo area, the people of the area feels happy with the decision of the minister that will ensure the ration to every poor BPL family added that to their disappointment the list submitted by the officials of Food Department and the Revenue Department was based on 60:40 ratio which has cause a great resentment among the local people who calls on the authorities to fulfill the promises made by the concern Minister during public outreach.

They said that they even moved to the office of Tehsildar Mughal Maidan wherein the revenue officials as well as the officials of the food department including concern Tehsil Supply Officer was also present. They said that all the officials shows helplessness in changing the list with the explanation that same has been prepared as per the intimation of the senior officials.

The people allege that BPL Quota of ration cards kept for Chatroo sub division was shifted to other parts of the District due to political interference. The people said that they have no concern with other parts of the District where more ratio of BPL Ration quota was given to the people added that they want that deserving people of Chatroo Sub Division too should be given the same benefits as more than 90% population in Chatroo Sub Division is poor based of SC/ST category and called upon the authorities to immediately revoke the list and provide the ration to the people in the ratio of 90:10%.

They said that in case the government and administration fails to provide justice to the people of Chatroo Sub Division, they will come on roads against this fresh harassment inflicted by the government on the poor people of this backward area.
