Niaz, Saroori, Wani & Gupta condoles demise of Khateeb

Doda, February 04: - Former Minister and Executive Member JKPCC Mohammed Sharief Niaz, Vice President JKPCC G. M Saroori, General Secretary JKPCC Abdul Majid Wani and President DCC Doda Naresh Kumar Gupta have expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of a prominent Muslim leader and a former president Anjuman Islamia Bhaderwah Abdul Hai Khateeb.

Expressing sympathies with the bereaved family, Niaz, Saroori, Wani and Naresh said that Khateeb’s social services would be remembered for a long time to come. He said his teachings are beacon lights for the society and the coming generations.

The Congress leaders said that late Khateeb’s always worked for strengthening communal harmony and brotherhood and was put in high regard by every community for his deeds.

They have also expressed their heartfelt condolence and sympathy to the Khateeb’s family and prayed to the Almighty Allah for blessing peace to the departed soul beside place in heaven.

Mohd Aslam Goni, Ghulam Mustafa Azad, Sheikh Mujeeb, Shahnawaz Gattu, Riyaz Ahmed, Musarat Naik, Mohd Iqbal Teli, Mehboob Mustafa, Sarfraz Khan, Asgar Khangi, Chaman Lal, Ghulam Haider, Bashir Ahmed Sirwal and others have also condoles the sad demise of Abdul Hai Khateeb. They have prayed for peace to the departed soul.
