Bathri Kahara crushed to death by speedy vehicle
KISHTWAR, MARCH 18: -
Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC), Vice President, Ghulam
Mohammad Saroori has expressed deep sorrow and anguish over the loss of one
precious live namely Javed Iqbal, son of Bashir Ahmed resident of Bathri Kahara
who was crushed to death by a speedy and rashly driven Tata Mobile near Kalnai
Bridge area, falling under the jurisdiction of sub-division Thathri.
Mr. Saroori while
expressing grief over the accident said, “I express my heartfelt condolence to
the kith and kin to the bereaved family who lost their loved one. I pray for
strength to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss beside this place
for him in heaven.
It is to mention here
that a Tata Mobile, which was on its way to Kishtwar from Thathri, hit a person
near Kalnai Bridge. In the incident, a man identified as Javed Iqbal, son of
Bashir Ahmed of Bathri, at present Thathri, District Doda died on the spot. A
case under relevant sections has been registered at Thathri Police Station and
the driver identified as Ashiq Hussain, son of Abdul Rehman of Kokernag Kashmir
has been arrested.
