Jammu : MLA Inderwal G M Saroori has deeply condoled the sad demise of veteran journalist Suraj Saraf.
In a condolence message Saroori described Saraf a prolific writer who contributed a lot in the field of journalism and made a niche in the field by the dint of hard work and devotion. His death has created a vacuum in the Journalistic field in the state. He expressed sympathies with the Saraf family. He prayed for peace to the departed soul and sympathy with the bereaved family.
Those who condoled the death include including State Secretary Congress Thakur Jughal Bhandari , General Secretary Kishtwar Mushtaq Ahmed Hap, Youth Congress leader Shariq Saroori, District President Congress Seva Dal Kishtwar, Ravi Kumar, Block President Congress Abdul Subhan Kichloo, Block President Chatroo Haji Ghulam Qadir, Senior Congress Leader Mohinder Singh Parihar, NSUI General Secretary Wassim Saroori, District President NSUI Kishtwar Saqib Lone, GDC President Siddique Aftab and other leaders.
Meanwhile, they have expressed deep shock over the incident in which one Chamail Singh, his wife Sunita Devi, son and daughter have burnt while his another daughter Urmila Devi has received serious burn injuries. They have urged the government to respond to the situation and provide relief to the affected families.
