Kishtwar boy shines in IAS exam
Kishtwar, July 07: - Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Inderwal, Mr. G. M. Saroori congratulated the candidates hailing from the state who by their brilliant performance in the IAS exams brought laurels for the state.
In a statement issued here, Saroori said this will inspire the youth of state to prepare them for any competitive examination adding that this has proved that our youth have tremendous potential achieve anything.
“I am delighted to salute them at their selection for the IAS. I understand that they all have studied under the most difficult circumstances but they have proved once again that the youth of J&K are the most talented people. They have made the State proud; I and millions of people who are celebrating your magnificent success.” These young entrants to the IAS have shown that we have talented people from every corner of the state.
Terming their selection as a good omen he said that this will involve the youth in major decisions for the betterment and progress of the state as well. They deserve all the praise but a special mentions should be of Nitesh Sharma son of T. D. Sharma one of the qualifiers of IFS in late 80’s hailing from Bera Bhata village in Kishtwar district and this will inspire many young boys to come forward and join the ranks of distinguished bureaucrats, not only him but the credit goes to his family for his marvelous achievement.
Others from Jammu and Kashmir who have made it to this year’s final list included Baseer-ul-Haq (Rank 46) from remote village of Thannamandi in Rajouri, Prayati Sharma ( Rank 136) hailing from Bishnah in Jammu, Afaq Giri ( Rank 457), Mohammad Yasin ( Rank 459) from Mendhar in Poonch, Irfan Hafiz from Kalai in Poonch, Deeba Farhat (553) from Kashmir, Athar Aamir-ul- Shafi Khan (560), Ruveda Salam (878), Nitesh Sharma from Bera Bhata village in Kishtwar and Ankit Koul from Kashmir.
