Saroori supporter’s oranizes rallies to celebrate creation of new administrative units in Inderwal.

Kishtwar, 06 February: - Senior Congress Leader and MLA Inderwal, G. M. Saroori supporters today organized public rallies at Thathri, Phigsoo, Bunjwah, Saroor, Thakrie, Mugalmaidan, Kuchal, Sigdi, Chingam to celebrate creation of new administrative units in Inderwal Constituency.

Mr. Saroori who went to perform Umrah and telephonically from Delhi airport he addresses these rallies, Saroori said that creation of new administrative units has met the long pending demands of the people of these areas which would be a turning point as far as socio-economic advancement of the people of this constituency is concerned.


He thanked UPA Chairperson Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh, Congress Vice President Mr. Rahul Gandhi, Union Minister for Health & Family Welfare and Water Resource Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad, JKPCC President Prof. Saif-ud-Din Soz and Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Tara Chand for creating new administrative units. "I am satisfied that CSC Committee led by Tara Chand have accommodated genuine wishes of the all the three regions of the state and justice has been done with all the deserving areas of state," MLA Inderwal G M Saroori said.

Terming the decision as ‘a victory for Congress’, Saroori appreciated Congress members in CSC led by deputy chief minister Tara Chand and said the committee was constituted due to the efforts of Congress.
He stated that a mega rally titled “Jashan-e-Inderwal” will be organized at Inderwal on 8th March 2014 to mark the celebration of administrative units in his constituency.

Saroori complimented the Cabinet Sub Committee (CSC) Dy CM Tara Chand and other committee members for projecting the demands of the people and the deputations who had come to put forth their view point and these were also accommodated. He said that these recommendations of the CSC would help the people to get solutions of their problems at their door steps. He said that these recommendations have been made on the basis of genuine demands of the people.


Calling upon the people to strengthen hands of Congress party, he said that it was result of the vision of Congress leadership that various revolutionary steps have been taken by the UPA government.


Saroori highlighted the bold decision taken by Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad as Chief Minister in regard to the creation of 8 new districts in the State in one go as Chief Minister of J&K in 2007 as well the special role played by him in creation of 659 new administrative units and making Patwar Halqas co-terminus with Panchayat Halqas by expanding the purview of Ganai Committee report through Mr. Tara Chand Committee to ensure development and administrative facility at the door-steps of people in all the areas of the State.


People at all the places for which new administrative units have been announced in the constituency burst crackers, distributed sweets and danced to the beats of Dhols to celebrate this historic decision.


People of Inderwal thanks Mr. Saroori for the establishment of new administrative units as Inderwal constituency got the maximum share due to influence, prolific, logical representation and hard work of Saroori. People of Inderwal feel proud to be such a painstaking leader.
