G. M Saroori expressed grief over Reasi accident

Visited GMC Jammu to enquire about well being of the patient from Bunjwah

Jammu, October 21: PCC Vice President and MLA Inderwal Ghulam Mohammad Saroori expressed deep sorrow and grief over the loss of precious lives in the road accident at Reasi.

Conveying his sympathies to the bereaved families, Saroori underlined the need to have an action plan to contain road accidents. He urged the State Government to take “meaningful steps to arrest the malaise of road accidents in the State.” He prayed for courage and strength to bereaved families and eternal peace of the departed souls.

Saroori also urged the State Government to provide adequate ex-gratia relief to kin of victims and required medical attention to the injured ones.

MLA Inderwal also visited Government Medical College (GMC) Hospital here on Friday to enquire about the health of a child from Patnazi Bunjwah area who fell from the roof of a house resulting into serious head injury.

Saroori interacted with the injured patient undergoing treatment in the hospital and assured them all help.

He asked the doctors about the status of the patients and was also briefed by the doctors about the treatment being extended to the person undergoing treatment. He instructed the Hospital authorities and Doctors to provide every required medical facility to the patient so that they do not feel any inconvenience.

Saroori also wished for early recovery of the patient. He was accompanied by Congress leaders including Chowdhary Mohd Shafi, Fayaz Ahmed Hajam and Sharik Ahmed.
