Saroori expressed deep sorrow and grief over the loss of one person namely
Abdul Rashid from Seva Chatroo in the road accident at Daksum Sinthan.
Conveying his sympathies to the bereaved family, Mr. Saroori underlined the need to have an action plan to contain road accidents. He urged the State Government to take “meaningful steps to arrest the malaise of road accidents in the State.” Saroori prayed for courage and strength to bereaved family and eternal peace of the departed soul.
Saroori also urged the State Government to provide adequate ex-gratia relief to kin of victim and required medical attention to the injured.
MLA Inderwal Ghulam Mohammad Saroori, several other Congress leaders, besides hundreds of people from all walks of life from Chatroo attended Nimaz-e-Jinazah of the deceased.
