KISHTWAR, SEPTEMBER 23: - Prominent
Political workers from Chabba Kahara and Seva Inderwal, Chatroo areas joined
Congress today in presence of State Congress Vice President and MLA Inderwal,
Ghulam Mohammad Saroori at a function organized to welcome them at MLA
Inderwal’s residence here at Kishtwar.
Speaking on the occasion, the newly
joined workers said Congress was a beacon of hope in an atmosphere of political
opportunism and sell-outs that has engulfed the State and deprived its people
of their dignity and rights. They said that they would work tirelessly to
strengthen the party at the grassroots level and take the vision and the
mission of the party to every doorstep.
Welcoming the newly joined workers
into the party fold, Mr. Saroori congratulated them on joining the party and
expressed hope in their commitment and dedication to serve the people and also
strengthen the party at the grassroots level.
Mr. Saroori said the doors of
Congress are open for all those who believe in unity in diversity and service
to the people. He hoped the joining of prominent political workers will further
strengthen the party at grass root level and enable it to espouse the just
cause of people, irrespective of their regional and religious affiliations.
