Saroori felicitated by Noor medical College Aurangabad Maharashtra



 
 
 
Inspected the hospital, interacted with Doctors and Medical students

Maharashtra, September 13: - Noor Medical College and Hospital Aurangabad in Maharashtra state felicitated Jammu and Kashmir Member of legislative Assembly (MLA) Mr. G. M Saroori during his visit to the hospital. Dean Dr. A.B. Solepure presented a bunch of flower & by offering a shawl to him while praising him for his social work, which has been acclaimed nationally.


Medical Superintendent Dr. R.M. Khadr, Professor and Head Dr. Sanjay Mansingh Rathod, Dr.Shamsunder Rao and others were present on the occasion.


“Appreciating the work done by the former Vice Chancellor of Darul Uloom Deoband and Chairman of Jamia Islamia Ishaatul Uloom (JIIU) Ghulam Mohd Vastanvi in the field of Islamic education, medical education etc”, Saroori said and praised the college for imparting quality education to students and hoped that it would continue to spread knowledge far and wide and achieve the best results by doing so.


Saroori along with dean also inspected various sections of the hospital which include emergency wards, ERTC Rooms, ECG Section, Operation Theatres, sick and childcare units, General Drug Stores and Blood Bank.


They also took stock of the Medicare facilities there and took a round of the pavilion and interacted with the doctors there. While interacting with the Doctors Saroori said that medicine is a noble profession and all those associated with this profession must discharge their duties as per the medical ethics. He said patients and common man have great expectations from this profession and they must take care of the patients politely and with smiling face. He said Ghulam Mohd Vastanvi the Chairman of JIIU has provided a good working environment in the hospital that’s why the Doctors working in the hospital are able to perform their duties efficiently.


“Interacted with faculties and Medical students of the Noor College, Saroori explained that the faculty and the student both have a unique importance for each other. He recalled former President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, and said Dr. Kalam had a passion for teaching, and he was interacting with students even up to the final moments of his life. He said the aim of teachers should be to avoid creating robots, but to nurture an entire generation.


Saroori also congratulated the College management and Doctors for their efforts to achieve outstanding results in recent past. He said such success stories act as inspiration for students, people belonging not only to the College but also the entire area.
