Paid obeisance at Hazrat Didar’s Dargah in Surat Gujarat prays for the peace in
J&K state
Surat/Maharashtra, September 10: - Chairman Sub-Committee Wakf board J&K and Congress MLA from J&K, Mr. G. M Saroori met with founder of Jamia Islamia Ishaatul Uloom madrasa Maulana Ghulam Mohd Vastanvi here in Maharashtra and urge him to visit Jammu and Kashmir state here on Thursday.
On the occasion, appreciating JIIU’s rapid success into an institute which has two lakh students on its rolls in schools across India, Saroori said that it is heartening to see the impressive strides made by Ghulam Mohd Vastanvi on Islamic education, medical education etc.
He described him (Ghulam Mohd Vastanvi) as a great visionary person who has established an educational hub in a tribal location like Akkalkuwa, in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra where thousands of students are undergoing Islamic education. He also shared good wishes and prayed for his good health and success.
Reciprocating the wishes, Ghulam Mohd Vastanvi prayed for peace, development and prosperity of the country. He assured Saroori that soon he will plan to tour the Northern part of Country. Later Mr. Saroori had a group photograph with Jammu and Kashmir students who are pursuing Islamic studies in Madrasa JIIU and also took around with the head of Madarasa place at Akkalkuwa Maharashtra.
Saroori also visited the Sufi shrine, Khwaja Syed Mohammad Didar’s Naksbandi Rehmatullah Elahi in Surat Gujarat and paid obeisance.
The Congress leader offered special prayers at the shrine for the peace, prosperity, safety and tranquility of Jammu and Kashmir State. He performed other rituals at Dargah Khwaja Didar’s along with by Dargah spiritual’s. Mr. Saroori also offered flowers at the shrine.
Describing Khwaja Syed Mohammad Didar’s Naksbandi Rehmatullah Elahi Dargah as a great spiritual place which has established an eternal bond with the people, Saroori said the Khwaja Didar’s Dargah is a famous holy Shrine and is also attracting a large number of devotees every year.
