Jammu, September 15: Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee Vice
President, G. M Saroori today expressed his deep grief and sorrow over the loss
of lives and injuries in a tragic crane crash that took place in Haram Sharif,
Makkah Mukaramah.
In a statement Saroori extended condolences and sympathies to the bereaved families as well as the Government of Saudi Arabia.
Saroori also prayed eternal peace of the departed soul and courage for the grieved families to bear the loss with equanimity. He also prayed for speedy recovery of all those Hajjis who were injured in the incident.
The incident happen when the crane fell following a heavy windstorm in the Grand Masjid in the holy city.
