Kishtwar, May 27: Senior Vice President Jammu and Kashmir Congress and former R&B Minister, Ghulam Mohammad Saroori today express his gratitude to the people of Inderwal constituency for overwhelming voting for the party candidate Vikram Aditiya Singh in recently concluded Parliamentary Elections to 16th Lok Sabha.
Mr. Saroori in a press statement issued here today said that he and his party is indebted to the people of Inderwal for voting in such huge number by Polling over 39000 votes for the party candidate which is over 19000 lead for the party. He said that people of Inderwal uphold the highest Political standard by rejecting the BJP politics added that Congress party will continue to advocate its pro people agenda in upcoming state assembly elections schedule to be held later this year.
He said that Jammu and Kashmir Congress firmly stood behind its National President Rahul Gandhi added that party will access the reason behind the loss.
Mr. Saroori said that people of Chenab valley while rejecting the BJP endorse the ideology of the Congress party and said that he also express gratitude to the people of Doda, Bhaderwah, Kishtwar, Ramban, Banihal, Gool Arnas and Gulabgar for endorsing the Congress ideology and hope that party will better it's performance in upcoming State Assembly elections. He said that Congress will continue to support for the unity and secularism of India
