2-minute silence was observed as solidarity with the victims of Amarnath pilgrims who lost their lives on July 10th
SRINAGAR: The meeting of Committee on Ethics of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly was held under the Chairmanship of legislator, Abdul Rahim Rather here today.
Before proceeding the meeting, Legislators appealed for 2-minute silence as a mark of solidarity with the victims of Amarnath pilgrims who lost their lives on July 10 this month.
Legislators, G.M. Saroori, Abdul Majeed Larmi and Raja Manzoor Ahmad attended the meeting and held threadbare discussions on various issues related to role of the ethics committee. They also discussed the execution and future course of the action of the Committee.
Secretary M.R. Singh, Deputy Secretary Abdul Qayoom and other officials attended the meeting.
