KISHTWAR, AUGUST 06: -Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC), Vice President and MLA Inderwal, Ghulam Mohammad Saroori, has felicitated the people on Raksha Bandhan and expressed sincere hope that this auspicious occasion would usher a new era of peace, amity, harmony, progress and prosperity in the State.
In his message of greetings, Saroori observed the festival of Raksha Bandhan was unique symbolizing the bonds of love, affection and mutual trust between brother and sister. "The festival reminds us of the importance of traditional values and bonds in our society. On this occasion, let us contribute in whichever way possible to bring happiness to the needy," Saroori said and gave a call for renewed efforts to ensure the dignity of women to promote peace and harmony in society.
Saroori hoped that the united endeavours would bring prosperity and progress to all sections of people beside prayed for peace and development of the State and the country.
